Cardi B is making money moves indeed! And in a new interview with SiriusXMs Hip Hop Nation, she reveals just how much money will be getting moved to her bank account when she plays Coachella this weekend. Ready for it?? $70,000 Per day, meaning $70,000 each weekend, which translates to 140,000 for two weekends. Not bad. Now that sounds like a lot, and for a normal human being, it would be.
But for a star as big as Cardi B is now, its really not. She went on to explain that shell probably lose money playing the fest, because shes apparently spending nearly $300,000 on her stage set, which she views as an investment. The reason why she's not making more money off the gig is because Coachella lucked out by booking her over six months ago, when she wasnt quite as big of a deal as she is now. And also possibly because she didnt know Coachella was such a big deal, as she also explains in the interview.
