Carrie Underwood Photographed for First Time Since Requiring 40 Face Stitches Almost two months after having ahard fall at her Nashville homethat left her with a broken wrist, Carrie Underwoodjust revealed in a letter to her fan club that the November 10 incidentwas actually more serious than she first disclosed at the timein fact the 34-year-old admitted to fans that she actually required between 40 and 50 stitches in her face. The singer wrote to her fans, There is also another part of the story that I havent been ready to talk about since I have still been living it and there has been much uncertainty as to how things will end up, she wrote, according to Entertainment Tonight. Its crazy how a freak random accident can change your life. She continued, In addition to breaking my wrist, I somehow managed to injure my face as well.

Ill spare you the gruesome details, but when I came out of surgery the night of my fall, the doctor told Mike [Fisher] that he had put between 40 and 50 stitches in. Despite the fall taking place seven weeks ago, Underwood revealed that shes not quite looking the same. But interestingly enough, E! News discovered that on Dec. 12, 2017, Underwood was spotted by reality star Adrienne Gang, who photographed the injured singer after working out on next to herjust one month and two days after the fall.

After the star-studded encounter at a gym, theBelow Deck star posted a photo to her Twitter with the songstress and wrote, Just worked out next to @carrieunderwood NBD. She is adorable and so gracious. LOVE HER! #BelowDeck. In the photo, the former American Idol star had a wrist brace on her right arm, but there were no apparent stitches or injuries to her face.

However, it should be noted that part of theleft side of her face was not visible in the photo. When fans asked about how the Jesus Take the Wheel singer looked after the accident, Adrienne commented in tweet on Dec. 13 That she looked amazing!  And I had no clue she was injured.. E! News caught up with the Below Deck star who admitted she couldnt tell that the Before He Cheats singer, who was with her husbandworking out on a treadmill, had suffered an injury.

I had no idea until a tabloid posted my picture with an article attached, said the reality star, who said she spotted the pair at an exclusive resort in Tennessee. As for how the superstar was acting? Gang said,She was lovely. Didnt seem upset or bothered.. At the time of the November injury, her rep gave a statement to E! News, On Friday night, Carrie Underwood took a hard fall on some steps outside her home.

While there were no life-threatening injuries, she was taken to the hospital to be treated. She sustained multiple injuries including a broken wrist and some cuts and abrasions from the fall. The rep added that Underwoods husbandwas able to make it back into town that night to be with her and she was released from the hospital. Her recovery will take some time and she appreciates all prayers and well wishes, the rep said.
